Our near-term objective is to list Martin Laboratories EMG on the TSX Venture Exchange, which is home to more than 1,600 companies with nearly 400 included in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. Companies listed in the composite index are primarily mining (53%) and traditional energy (15%) companies. Owned and operated by the TMX Group, the goal of the TSX Venture Exchange is to provide venture companies with effective access to capital while protecting investors. Martin Labs EMG will also dual-list on the over-the-counter OTCQB marketplace which is run by the OTC Markets Group, an inter-dealer quotation and trading system developed by the OTC and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a broker-dealer and an alternative trading system (ATS).
